We saw Dr Kroger with our new girl for a check up. Cassandra the Vet Tech was so knowledgeable and friendly as with Dr Kroger. I recommend All City Pet Care West to EVERYONE in Sioux Falls who wants top notch service. Also the Front desk ladies are awesome too!!!

This is not my regular vet, but I brought my dog into an appointment because they were able to see her sooner than a lot of the other places I called! All the staff is really knowledgeable and great. I recently contacted them for a follow up as I forgot if we did some vaccines at the appointment, they were able to transfer everything over to My regular vet and send me a co...

I was very lucky that they were able to check in my puppy the same day because of a cancellation. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The vet explained everything very clearly and we get the medication my little needed right away. Thank you ACPCW Team for always being there for our pets and family.

They were awesome and all very nice and helpful in explaining things. The "Pet Insurance" or whatever for them is well worth it cause vet visits can be costly but I have to say its a great place
